Domain Names Ordered Are Non-Refundable once the subscription is initiated.
Once ordered, they are registered for one year from the registration date. NOT from the Order Date.
The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term unless cancelled prior to the end of the current Term.
The Term begins at the time you initiate the subscription.
When a Domain Name Provisioning Request is ordered, the process of determining availability of the three names you provided begins. However, no Registration will take place until we have received payment.
All Domain, Hosting and Design clients must have a PayPal® Account as all payments are received through PayPal®.

Hosting Plan pricing is based on either a monthly or yearly term.
All Hosting Plan subscriptions can be cancelled by clicking the Unsubscribe button on the corresponding Hosting Plan Page.
All Hosting Plans will automatically renew at the end of the current term unless cancelled prior to the end of the current term.
If the Hosting Plan is cancelled, your Web Site will be suspended at the end of the paid up subscription term and be unavailable.
If payment is not posted by PayPal® due to an error with your payment source, you will have 5 days to either re-subscribe, or correct the problem with your payment source or your website will be cancelled.
As a courtesy, you can notify our Provisioning Team by opening a Support Request email of your intent to reinitiate your subscription within 5 days and your web site will not be permanently removed.
There is a $25.00 re-initiation fee if your website is suspended.
Your website will remain suspended for a period of no more than 10 days. At which time, the website will be removed from our server permanently.
All Domain, Hosting and Design clients must have a PayPal® Account as all payments are received through PayPal®.

All Design Services bear a professional fee.
Design Services are provided for any customer hosting their website on our servers.
Design Services for websites created by you, may receive support by you creating a Support Ticket.
Design services provided by Internet Information Services require that information about your business be gathered during our initial consultation.
1. A secondary, or even tertiary consultation may be required depending on the availability of information at the time.
  1. If an On-Site visit to your brick and mortar business is required, it will be chargeable at the rate of $45.00 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour.
  2. All On-Site visit time is billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
2. Video or Image creation is chargeable as a separate service if required to fulfil the design requirements.
3. Images and Videos provided by the client will be reviewed for usability and inclusion in design during the development process..
4. Once the initial Design Specification is developed, Internet Information Services will create a development website bearing the specs defined for customer review.
5. Once the design is approved by the client the customer will be required to remit one half of the cost of the Design Estimate as agreed during our Initial Consultation.

Internet Information Services
